Ntoudi Mouyelo-Katoula is an advisor to the board of Elevandi, focusing on the company activities in Africa. He is the currently the Managing Director Africa of the Mchezo Limited a sport and technology investment company domiciled in Rwanda. Prior to Mchezo Limited, Ntoudi has been instrumental in the design and development of Kigali International Financial Centre (KIFC). He was the first Chief Investment Officer of Rwanda Finance Ltd, the institution in charge of the promotion and development of the financial center with a focus on fintech, investment vehicles and sustainable finance. .He also worked as the coordinator of the unit in the Ministry of Finance in charge of the policy reforms to establish KIFC.

Ntoudi worked over a decade in the Singapore financial industry after starting his career with a Luxembourg leading bank.
