Lisa Oake is a former co-host of CNBC Asia’s top-rated morning program Squawk Box. She has conducted thousands of interviews with entrepreneurs, business leaders, central bankers and heads of state both on live television and at conferences around the world.
 
Lisa is a passionate advocate of mental health and is the founder of ExecutiveCounselling.com, an online platform that matches professionals to therapists and coaches who have a deep understanding of the business world. She is also a Forbes.com contributor and writes about the link between executive mental health and effective leadership.
 
In addition to her roles as a moderator and therapist, Lisa is the founder of Oake Media, a boutique media training company that helps clients tell their stories effectively and with authenticity. She has trained executives from Microsoft, Citibank, DBS, S&P Global, AIA, Procter & Gamble, Singapore Exchange, BNP Paribas, Franklin Templeton, The Wall Street Journal and many others.
 
Lisa holds a Master of Arts (Journalism) degree from Canada’s Western University, a Master of Counselling degree from Australia’s Monash University and has completed Harvard Kennedy School’s Leadership in Crises (Executive Education) program. She is certified by the International Coaching Federation as an associate coach and is a certified practitioner of the 360° assessment tool, Leadership Circle Profile.
 
She lives in Singapore with her husband and two sons.
