About Club Street

WhatsApp Image 2023-10-19 at 16.59.29_e3c6354d

Once abuzz with clan associations, trade guilds and elite social clubs, it was a gathering place for Chinese migrants, as well as Singapore’s high society. This street got its official name from the famous Chinese clubs and trade guilds located here. These clubs and guilds attracted high society, and movers and shakers who played an important role in Singapore’s economic, social and cultural development

Today, trendy restaurants, bars and boutiques have replaced many of these historical clubs, guilds and associations. Occupying elegantly restored pre-war shophouses, terraces and five-foot walkways, Club Street is fully charged with an electrifying atmosphere after dark and a favorite with night owls and nightlife lovers in the know.

How To Get There?

Two locations that you can park at are:

1. URA Centre East Wing - 45 Maxwell Road, Singapore 069118

2. Cross Street Exchange - 18 Cross Street, Singapore 048423

Drop off at 7 Ann Siang Road.

From Expo MRT Station (DT35), take Downtown Line to Telok Ayer Station (DT18). You may exit vie Exit C and head northwest on Cross Street towards Telok Ayer Street.

*Total travel time is approximately 55mins.

Paying tribute to his Italian roots has always been at forefront of Australian Chef Drew Nocente’s culinary direction.

The other significance of the name comes from Drew’s father, Vincenzo, who first taught him the mastery of charcuterie and the importance of respecting produce on their family farm in Australia.

CENZO was created out of Drew’s desire to cook out of passion by tapping into his Italian heritage whilst giving a modern Aussie vibe to it, a mix of tradition and modernity.
