      About the Organisation

      Skybridge Payment Inc. (SKYPAY) is a Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinaslicensed Operator of Payment System and SEC-registered financial technology company, established in 2018. The company is PCI DSS compliant and registered with the AMLC and the National Privacy Commission, and holds a Hong Kong MSO license, a Canadian MSB registration, and a Japanese remittance license. SKYPAY handles over 180 billion and 50 million transactions annually through a network of 22,000+ collection points, 12,000+ payout partners, and 300+ billers. Its platform unifies payment gateway, QR Ph acceptance, virtual accounts, bills payment, disbursement, payroll, cross-border remittance, and crypto on- and off-ramp services under a single API, with operations across Manila, Taipei, Hangzhou, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore, Hanoi, and Vancouver.

      Products and Services

      1. Bills Payment Service

        SKYPAY's Bills Payment API helps biller partners collect payments from their customers through many channels: online banking, mobile e-wallets (GCash, Maya, etc.), online payments, and over-the-counter outlets such as 7-Eleven, banks, and payment centers. Customers pay using the method they prefer, and SKYPAY sends real-time payment confirmation to the biller.

      2. Disbursement Service

        SKYPAY's Disbursement API lets businesses send funds to nominated bank accounts, e-wallets, and cash pick-up outlets through InstaPay, PESONet, and key partners such as AllBank, Cebuana Lhuillier, and Chinabank. Businesses submit a disbursement request, and SKYPAY processes it and confirms delivery.

      3. Credit Card Payments

        SKYPAY lets merchants and billers accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit card payments through its Bills Payment API. Customers get payment instructions, pay with their card, and both the customer and the merchant receive instant transaction confirmation.

      4. Virtual Account Service

        In partnership with AUB, SKYPAY gives companies dedicated virtual account numbers so their customers can pay by bank-to-bank or e-wallet transfer via InstaPay. Funds can be settled through VA-to-bank, VA-to-e-wallet (InstaPay/PESONet), or VA-to-crypto through OTC trading. The service includes consolidated transaction reports.

      5. Crypto OTC Trading

        SKYPAY's Crypto OTC Trading Service converts funds in PHP, USD, EUR, SGD, GBP, and other major currencies into USDT or USDC at the prevailing rate, through partners Coins.ph and PDAX. Stablecoins can be settled back to the currency of choice through bank transfer, e-wallet, OTC cash-out, or crypto transfer. Consolidated transaction reports are provided.
