About the Organisation
Silver Bullion, part of Silver Bullion Group, is a systemic wealth protection company. Founded in Singapore in 2009, it vaults physical gold, silver and platinum for clients on a legal-title basis: clients own identified bars outright rather than holding a claim. Metal is held under Singapore jurisdiction at The Reserve, the Groups own 180,000 sq ft facility, within its vault, The Safe House. The facility has capacity for 10,500 tonnes of metal, including 15 UL Class 2 gold vaults, and in-house testing laboratories. Its silver capacity alone equals over 30% of annual global silver supply. Silver Bullion has built bar-level tracking and proof-of-reserve systems since 2011. At SFF it will unveil Locke Ledger (TM), its third-generation system.

Locke Ledger (TM)
Locke Ledger (TM) is Silver Bullion’s third-generation parcel-level proof-of-reserve and encumbrance system, built to make vaulted bullion more financeable by institutions. It answers the three questions that keep bullion off bank balance sheets - where the metal is, whether it is genuine, and whether it is already pledged - while giving each custodian and counterparty compartmentalised access to its own records. Every parcel is received, tested under Locke Verify (TM) and recorded by the Group's own vault operators, enabling comprehensive insurance and guarantees that enable efficient collateralisation of physical metals. Custodians can decide whether parcel data is public or restricted. The system operates in real time, is tamper-evident through public blockchain hashes and runs in parallel with the vault management system, providing an independent check on accuracy.
