About the Organisation
Seoul Labs Inc. is a blockchain infrastructure technology company on a mission to create real-world demand for blockchain. Founded in Seoul in September 2023, it operates its own Layer-1 mainnet and is exploring applications across multiple industries. XPHERE: The company's EVM-compatible public Layer-1 blockchain, live since March 2024. It delivers 5,205 TPS with 1-second finality, verified by KOLAS KTR. Super Wallet: A user wallet built on XPHERE that links digital identity to alternative credit scoring, designed for people with limited ID or credit history. Seoul Labs works with overseas governments and national institutions to build digital public infrastructure. It holds a 15-year MOA with Lao PDR's Ministry of Technology and Communications, partners with KOICA and the National University of Laos.

Xphere
XPHERE is Seoul Labs' own public Layer-1 mainnet. Its dual-chain architecture combines PoW-based security with fast transaction processing, delivering 5,200+ TPS (KTR-certified) with around 1-second finality and low transaction fees. It is fully EVM-compatible, so existing Ethereum-based contracts and developer tools can be used as is.

Super Wallet
Super Wallet is a digital finance app built on XPHERE. It brings services such as digital identity (DID), payments, e-documents and digital asset management together in one app, along with alternative credit scoring for people with little or no financial history. Each feature is offered as a module that governments and businesses can integrate into their own services. Super Wallet is currently being piloted in Laos through KOICA's ODA CTS Seed-2 program.
