About the Organisation

Regtank is a Singapore-headquartered RegTech company helping regulated businesses simplify financial crime compliance through a unified digital platform. Financial institutions, fintechs and digital asset businesses can bring identity verification, business verification, screening, risk assessment and ongoing monitoring into one connected compliance ecosystem. The platform combines eKYC, KYB, Name Screening, Customer Risk Rating, Customer Profile, Corporate Profile, transaction monitoring and crypto compliance. By connecting customer information, corporate ownership structures and risk intelligence, Regtank helps compliance teams make informed decisions, respond to changing risks and maintain audit-ready records throughout the customer lifecycle. Built for end-to-end deployment and modular integration, Regtank enables organisations to adopt capabilities that match their needs. Intelligent automation, configurable risk parameters, global data sources and API-first delivery support faster onboarding and more consistent compliance workflows. Through this approach, Regtank helps businesses strengthen controls, reduce manual effort and build scalable compliance operations as their businesses grow and regulatory expectations evolve.

Products and Services

  1. Client Lifecycle Management

Regtank brings individual and corporate clients into one platform, from initial onboarding through ongoing reviews. Each client is managed under a unique client ID that connects customer information, document checks, identity verification, screening results, risk scores and review history, giving compliance teams a complete and auditable client record. Built-in Business Insights transforms eKYC and KYB data into decision intelligence, rejection insights and review priorities within a single dashboard. Managers can view onboarding status, high-risk screening matches and team workload at a glance, helping them prioritise the cases that need attention. Continuous monitoring helps teams keep client records current and identify relevant changes long after onboarding is complete.

  2. eKYC, AML and Risk Assessment

An automated individual onboarding journey that combines document verification, identity verification with liveness detection, AML screening and risk assessment in one workflow. Regtank supports more than 10,000 government-issued ID types from over 190 countries and screens clients against sanctions lists, PEP databases and adverse media sources. Each client is assigned a risk score based on a configurable risk matrix, enabling faster approval of low-risk clients while routing higher-risk cases for review. Ongoing monitoring alerts teams when changes in a client's screening status are detected, reducing the need for manual rechecks.

  3. KYB, AML and Risk Assessment

Corporate onboarding that looks beyond the company name to the people who own and control it. Regtank unravels complex ownership structures to identify directors, shareholders and ultimate beneficial owners, then screens the company and its related parties against sanctions lists, PEP databases and adverse media sources. The company and its related parties are assessed within a unified risk framework, giving compliance teams a clear and defensible view of each business client. Ongoing monitoring covers both the company and its key individuals, alerting teams when relevant changes in risk are detected.

  4. Global Company Registry Checks

Verify companies across global jurisdictions without leaving the onboarding workflow. Regtank connects in real time to more than 150 company registries worldwide and retrieves official corporate documents from over 300 registries, including incorporation details, officer and shareholder information and company filings. Registry data flows directly into the KYB process, reducing manual research, shortening onboarding time and providing verified source documents to support compliance decisions.

  5. Compliance AI Copilot

An AI assistant designed specifically for compliance teams. The Copilot helps analysts review screening matches, summarise client findings, explain risk assessment outcomes and prepare case notes, reducing time spent on repetitive review tasks while keeping humans in control of decisions. Embedded within the Regtank platform, it can also be integrated with other tools and systems, bringing compliance intelligence into the workflows teams already use.
