Smart Ticketing and Automated Fare Collection
Hengbao’s smart-ticketing solution connects fare-collection devices with configurable backend capabilities for credential recognition, station and device management, fare rules and transaction processing. At SFF 2026, visitors can explore a simulated tap-in and tap-out journey and see how entry and exit information can be used to calculate and apply the appropriate fare.

Digital Issuing and Credential Personalisation
Hengbao combines secure credentials, card-personalisation equipment and software platforms to support digital issuing and credential-lifecycle operations. The booth demonstration shows how a personalised Hengbao Experience Pass can be created, issued and prepared for use within a controlled closed-loop environment, connecting the physical credential with secure digital issuing processes.

Digital Payments and Merchant Acceptance
Hengbao’s digital-payment capabilities connect merchant-facing hardware with payment software and backend services. A controlled booth demonstration will show a Hengbao-issued Experience Pass being presented to a Smart POS running the Merchant App, followed by transaction confirmation and merchant-side transaction visibility. Hengbao’s payment-gateway and switching capabilities will also be introduced separately through the Control Tower.
