About the Organisation
Esperanza is a licensed financial infrastructure group headquartered in Hong Kong and backed by Singapore capital. We make gold spendable, and we built the regulated market that gives it a reason to be used. ESPG is tokenised gold issued under a Hong Kong Customs DPMS Category A registration, backed by LBMA-standard bars vaulted in Hong Kong and transferable between accounts; 100,000 ESPG can be redeemed for one 1 kg gold bar. Our capital formation business turns cash-generating projects, such as private credit and entertainment IP, into tokenised fund investments for professional investors, under SFC Type 4 and Type 9 licences with permission to conduct fund tokenisation. Both run on Espetopia, our platform, with gold reserves held by our TCSP-licensed custody entity. At SFF we are meeting banks, payment firms and investors on gold settlement and tokenised private credit.

ESPG is backed by physical gold, and you can take it out. 100,000 ESPG can be redeemed for one 1 kg, 999.9 fine gold bar in Hong Kong, the only redemption unit. Bars come from an LBMA Good Delivery refiner.

Vaulted Reserves and Custody
The gold behind ESPG is held in a vault at Brink's Hong Kong by Esperanza Fintech (Nominees) Limited, our custody entity licensed as a Trust or Company Service Provider. A CPA firm counts the vault quarterly against customer holdings.
