Ingrid is the Head of Operations of Gradient (gradient.ai), an advanced AI development platform for enterprises. Before Gradient, she was a consultant at OC&C Strategy Consultants, creating growth strategies for leading companies in tech, media, B2B services and consumer goods. She also has previous investment and startup experience. She received her B.A. from Columbia in Computer Science and Anthropology.
