Rebecca Chua

Rebecca is from the Markets Policy & Consumer Department in the Monetary Authority of Singapore. She drives Singapore’s national financial education programme, MoneySense, whose mandate is to empower consumers to make financial decisions soundly. She also oversees the complaints-handling function, giving her a front-row seat to issues consumers are facing in the financial sphere, ranging from disputes over traditional banking and protection products to losses from investments and scams.
