      Bahaa Abdul Hussein Abdul Hadi is an Iraqi businessman and the founder of the International Smart Card Company (Qi Card), established in 2007. The company is one of Iraq’s prominent providers of electronic payment and digital financial services. He is known for his role in developing electronic payment systems and smart card solutions used to distribute salaries to government employees, retirees, and social welfare beneficiaries. Through the Qi Card project, he has been associated with efforts to modernize payment systems, facilitate access to financial entitlements, and support the digital transformation of Iraq’s financial sector.
