To qualify for the Investor Pass, you must be a direct, full-time employee of a venture capital fund, corporate venture arm, or a family office. Confirmation of registration is subject to approval. Get 3 Startup Passes (3 years incorporation and below) for your portfolio companies.

To qualify for the Startup pass, you must be a direct, full-time employee of a company below 3 years of incorporation. You will need to submit proof of your company’s year of incorporation.

To qualify for the SME++ and SME Basic Pass, you need to be an owner or employee of a SME (a business entity with less than or equal to 300 employees) not engaged in technology or financial services.

To qualify for the Government pass, you must be a direct, full-time employee of a government organisation. Please use your valid government email address to activate the free pass.

To qualify for the Academic pass, you must be a direct, full-time professor or student of an educational institution. You will be required to upload a copy of your staff/student pass or official letter from your education institution. Please use your valid educational institution email address to activate the free pass.

Financial Training Scheme (FTS) by The Institute of Banking & Finance (IBF)

Claim Eligibility

– This programme is recognised under the Financial Training Scheme (FTS) and is eligible for FTS claims subject to all eligibility criteria being met. Please note that in no way does this represent an endorsement of the quality of the training provider and programme. Participants are advised to assess the suitability of the programme and its relevance to participants’ business activities or job roles.

– The FTS is available to eligible entities, at a 90% funding level of programme fee subject to all eligibility criteria being met. Participants are required to clock in at least 20 hours during the first three days of the festival (8-10 Nov 2021) to be eligible for FTS funding. Attendance tracking measures will be in place and certificates will be issued for claim purposes after validating your participation.

– SFF2021 is on full fee arrangement, eligible entities are required to submit the claims to IBF directly as per previous years. Please note that Training Allowance Grant (TAG) is not applicable for this programme.

– FTS funding only applies to the main digital pass. The “Web 3.0 Knowledge Certificate in Financial Services” fee is not applicable for funding.

– Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents physically based in Singapore

– Company-sponsored by Financial Institutions (licensed or exempt from licensing by MAS) and FinTech firms certified by Singapore FinTech Association. (Self-sponsored participants are not eligible)
