Pay it Forward is a platform for masters of resilience to offer wisdom and guidance to younger industry padawans. In these extraordinary times when the industry is looking for guidance to navigate volatility and change, we want to provide a safe space for mentorship from industry experts in order to help FinTech companies stay resilient and viable.

1:1 Mentorship

There is a wealth of tacit knowledge that resides in industry veterans and leaders that cannot be found in management handbooks, or learnt in MBA classes. At SFF 2022 participants had a chance to seek guidance from our mentors in a 1:1, face-to-face mentorship session at the Pay it Forward lounge.

The Lunch and Learn programme was launched at SFF 2022, offering a chance to get a fresh take on the industry. Lunch and Learns provided a unique opportunity to learn from the industry’s top minds.
