Synechron’s Accelerator Programs begin with a spark of an idea for how to tackle industry challenges. They showcase the possibility of emerging digital technologies. From concept to creation, we evolve them into innovative business solutions.

Our FinLab experience for 2023 will demonstrate our work in data & analytics ecosystems and the practical application of generative AI for real-world financial services use cases. Examples include working marketplace/clean-rooms, industry analytics, and a selection of Generative AI use cases including banker pitch-books, IT code generation and call centre analytics.

Our global SMEs will also on hand to share their experiences & perspectives.

About Asia FinTech Center 

The AFC is ZA Tech’s first global center, as the business continues to build on the vision of creating a unified technology platform that powers the future of financial services and increases access for underserved population segments.

It focuses on solving specific use-cases in insurance and financial services in collaboration with industry partners, with an initial focus on insurance use-cases by co-designing innovative propositions with insurers in ASEAN.

The AFC also partners with local universities to develop further fintech expertise and talent.

For the SFF 2023, we will cover two main topics in the lab crawl.

GCS 2023: As a tradition, we will officially release ReMark’s Global Consumer Study 2023/24 edition, the largest insurance consumer survey of its kind. We will also celebrate the 10th anniversary of us doing this annual study.
Innovative underwriting and claim solutions (Life & Health insurance): ReMark being SCOR’s digital solutions, we will introduce SCOR’s proprietary underwriting and claim solutions. It comes with real case studies to demonstrate how we push the innovative boundary in these areas.

About SPDB Singapore Innovation Centre

In January 2021, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank (SPDB) established the SPDB Singapore Innovation Centre - its first overseas innovation lab.

The centre aims to forge international partnerships that add values to the bank's digital finance ecosystem and provide a platform to incubate innovations. It also seeks to explore collaborations to develop innovative financial products and services through the application of cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain and open banking technology, to various business scenarios.

The centre also serves as a liaison for SPDB to connect and enrich the FinTech ecosystems of China and Singapore.
